A tale of two restaurants

 

Live Music can add considerably to a restaurant, wine bar or club's atmosphere and income.

 

The Janet Seidel trio has recently been doing some casual dates in a suburban Sydney area where there are two restaurants side by side. The difference is amazing: the restaurant with the jazz trio is doing excellent business.

For just a little investment plus networking amongst a big fan base (demographic definitely favours the restaurant attendee) it is surprising how much goodwill can be generated, not to mention very positive branding advantage considering the trio's performing and recording profile.
